LM Coaching is a professional kayaking and canoeing coaching and guiding company, it was founded in October 2018. We started out in Northern Ireland and have since moved to the South West of England. LM Coaching is headed up by Performance Coach and National Trainer Lyndsay McPhee.

Lyndsay started out as a marathon paddler and had many successful competitive years before becoming a full time multi-discipline paddlesport coach and guide. Lyndsay freelanced for a number of years before deciding to become her own boss.
 
Lyndsay now often known as the 'Paddlesport Queen' coaches canoeing and kayaking throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Lyndsay is one of the most qualified female paddlesport coaches in the UK, she completed her performance coach in early 2022 after proving her coaching and delivery meets enhanced levels of sophistication.  Lyndsay's coaching heart beats for all things paddlesport. Even on her days off you will find her paddling, she really does eat, sleep and breathe Paddlesport. 
 
Lyndsay specialises in bespoke paddlesport coaching for smaller paddlers, female paddlers and those paddlers suffering with confidence issues. She is a firm believer of 'Just because your not the biggest or strongest, it doesn't mean you can't be as good if not better' and  'Just because you've had a knock back, it doesn't mean you can't get back up and try again.'


 
 
LM Coaching work specifically to the needs and wants of our clients, we tailor each of our canoeing and kayaking courses and events to suit each and everyone one of you. We are all about creating paddlesport opportunities for all.
 
 
LM Coaching was recognised as a British Canoeing Guide in 2020 after proving the professionalism, knowledge, skills and experience required to fulfil the official role of a paddlesport Guide.
